General options usually with a global or site wide effect. This tab is open by default when this page is loaded.
Import Demo Content | This option allows you to import ready made content for the theme to make it look like the theme's online demo site. See the theme setup section for more information. | |
Skin | This option controls the default skin color for the theme. |
The choice of skin type affects the default colors of the theme. These default colors can be overridden by other color options in the theme, such as the background color options for section blocks in the page builder. In all builder section blocks, for section backgrounds to be affected by a change in this option, they should use the "Default" background setting. This background color will be white in the light skin and dark in the dark skin. For example, When using the light skin, if a color of white is explicitely set for a page builder section background and then the dark skin is selected here using this option, only that section's content will be affected, its background will remain white. Its background should be set to "Default" in the page builder block's settings for it to change with the change of skin. The theme's blog, e-commerce pages and all standard pages will automatically reflect changes in the theme skin.
Logo | This is the logo for the whole site and appears in the top left corner - Replace with your own logo in .png format. | |
Favicon | This is the favicon or bookmark icon for the website, replace with your own 16x16px icon. | |
Use Animations | This options allows you to specify if section contents will appear showing animations as the user scroll down the page. Note, not all sections support animation. | |
Custom CSS | This field allows the insertion of custom CSS selectors. This is required if you wish to change some aspect of the theme's default CSS. CSS selectors inserted here will overwrite those in the theme's default CSS. Note: For notes on how to find the CSS selector of the element you wish to change, please refer to the section entitled "Custom CSS" | |
Custom JS | This field is used to add custom javascript to the theme. For example this field would be used to add Google Analytics tracking code to the theme. |
