This format accepts a custom video post type as its media content. To insert this video do the following:
Scroll down the page to the Video Options box. There you will find a drop menu containing the list of all the custom video post types which have been created.
Select the video you wish to feature and publish the the project .
In order for a video to appear in the list, it first needs to be created. See the section on Creating A Video for more information.
